But after reading the instructions, I don't see how I will be able to move emails to a new data file, all by themselves, with no other emails so the emails the client If somehow creating a new profile will accomplish this task, then I sincerely apologize. I've been asked for information I already gave and now given instructions that I don't believe will solve the problem I originally stated hours ago. I have yet to be given any information that I came to Microsoft today, clearly explaining that the program is not performing correctly. I have done this at least half a dozen times with no difficulty. I explained what I am trying to do in my original post.
What I need to do is to move certain emails out of the primary data file so they can be that data file can be transferred to Thank you Aravinda, but I really do NOT believe that I need to create a new profile. There is nothing wrong with the client's current profile.
